Edward and Bella in Twilight
MTV announced the nominees for the upcoming MTV Movie Awards, and if you didn’t already guess from the title of this post, “Twilight” received the most nominations, beating “Slumdog Millionaire” by one nomination for a total of seven.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise, since apparently the task of selecting the nominees was entrusted to the fans.
Included in the nominations for “Twilight” are Best Movie, Best Female Performance (Kristen Stewart) and Best Male Breakthrough Performance (Robert Pattinson & Taylor Lautner). Really? Taylor Lautner? I don’t know about this being a breakthrough performance for him. It’s more like a nicely done performance that sets him up well for the next movie “Twilight Saga: New Moon”.
