Death Cab for Cutie
Billboard has reported that Death Cab for Cutie gets the honor of releasing the first single from the anticipated Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack. The song is titled “Meet Me On the Equinox”.
Death Cab for Cutie (representin’ Washington State – woohoo!) is the only confirmed band to appear on the soundtrack so far, but with the likes of Thom Yorke from Radiohead and Bon Iver rumored to be in the mix, I’m likin’ where this soundtrack is headed.
Looks like we don’t have to wait too long either to hear the new single. It’s slated to premiere on September 13 on MTV’s website during the Video Music Awards.
