Eclipse
With the second “New Moon” trailer released last week, the Twilight Saga cast is already in Vancouver, BC, where production has started on the third movie, “Eclipse”. Crazy how everything’s moving so fast, but you know we fans are not complaining…except of course if the quality somehow suffers in the short time frame.
Without actually giving away the plot (seeing as “New Moon” isn’t even out in theaters yet), now seems like a good place to remind us what we can look forward to in “Eclipse”. In this Fearnet article from June, David Slade, “Eclipse” director, talks about how it was hard for a middle-aged man to get into the Twilight books at first, but saw that it was a good story.
Jackson Rathbone as Jasper
From the sounds of it, we’ll be treated to not only the action sequences in the movie, but hopefully more character development as well as we delve into the back stories of a couple of our favorite Cullens, like Jasper and Rosalie. In this Celebutopia interview, Jackson Rathbone is certainly excited about the reveal of his character’s importance in the storyline.
More importantly, as this Vancouver Sun article reminds us, prepare for quite the love triangle as Bella tries to juggle her feelings between Edward and Jacob, all while being hunted by an old enemy.
Bryce Dallas Howard
Oh, but that “old” enemy is kind of “new”, at least in terms of the actress. Hint – look at the picture on the right.

As we sit and wait for more Eclipse news, at least we now have only a few months before we finally see “Twilight Saga: New Moon” in all its glory in the movie theaters.
