Harry Clearwater
WHO: Harry Clearwater is one of the elders of the Quileute tribe in La Push, Washington. He’s married to Sue, and is a father to Leah and Seth. He and Bella’s dad, Charlie Swan, often go fishing together. Charlie is especially fond of the “famous fish fries” that Harry makes.
UNHEALTHY HARRY: Harry isn’t the healthiest of folk and is known for his poor eating habits and high cholesterol. On the day Bella went on her crazy cliff-diving adventure, Harry suffered a heart attack, which became a pivotal point of the story told in New Moon. It’s been said that the sudden change of his children into werewolves caused his heart attack {n1}.
